The pungent, spicy usually crisp root of a widely cultivated Eurasian plant (Raphanus sativus) of the mustard family is usually eaten raw.  By themselves radishes are not a popular food. However, a careful amount of shredded radish can add an accent flavor that can complement the flavors of the components of the main ingredients and make the dish more interesting.

This Blog is aimed to provide ideas that mirror the power of the radish to as an accent to help us better understand ourselves how to help make sense of our lives to find a path to satisfaction and closer to a goal of happiness and help us navigate through the rapids of our lives.
